Mortgage Broker

- Employment Type: Full-Time (Salaried or Commission-Based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their financial needs and objectives, offering tailored mortgage solutions.
- Lender Liaison: Maintain and nurture relationships with various lenders to secure competitive mortgage products for clients.
- Application Management: Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documentation.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about current mortgage products, interest rates, and industry trends to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
- Compliance: Ensure all mortgage transactions adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Licensing: Must hold a valid mortgage broker license as per Australian regulations.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in mortgage brokering or a related financial services role.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in mortgage software systems.
