Parag Dixit
Director
A highly successful professional, Parag has more than two decades of experience in financial industry having scaled huge businesses across financial products and services. He is a visionary and is the driving force behind the business. “We have scaled the business the right way so far and have all the pieces in place to make it one of the largest broking companies in Australia.”
In his earlier avatar, he was leading a team of 10,000+ in a company that has been the biggest success story in Indian financial industry in the last decade. “The most important thing I learnt while leading a business at that scale was the importance of speed and great customer experience. So, one of the most important thing for me is that our clients love us for our speed and commitment to provide the best possible solutions – everything else will follow.”
His vast experience and qualifications in finance have led to a very strong knowledge and understanding of various lending products and structures. He is highly committed to his clients to guide them in the best possible manner in the journey of property ownership and investment.
He enjoys working on challenging tasks and finding solutions for clients who are struggling for a solution.
Parag has been a mentor for many brokers and brings with him vast knowledge, discipline and energy. His often quoted statement is ‘Sky is the limit’.
Always ready to help, Parag likes keeping himself fit and investing in stocks. He has an equal in his wife, who also was his batch-mate in college while they were doing MBA and has 2 young boys who don’t bat an eyelid in saying that he is their role model.

Mudit Khandelwal
Director
A serial entrepreneur with an experience of 18+ years, Mudit, brings vast knowledge of finance, technology, and building processes. He joined forces with Parag and has not looked back. “Parag focuses on driving the business forward and I make sure that we have the required infrastructure both in terms of processes and technology.”
Mudit focuses on continuous learning for the team and building tech for them. “In this highly competitive environment, there’s only one way to scale – robust processes enabled by the right technology. And since the industry is very dynamic, updating oneself with latest changes is important and doing it at an organisation level is critical for success.”
He has a high commitment to help his clients in finding the right mortgage solutions and he gains satisfaction in going above and beyond in meeting client requirements.
Mudit likes trekking and is passionate about education. He met his wife on a train (yes, you should hear the spicy story from her!) and they have 2 young kids, a boy and a girl. Mudit got trained from the best education institutes in India, he got training in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
Deepika Dixit
Director
A versatile professional, Deepika comes with more than two decades of multifunctional experience across various business verticals. She is the key person behind the operations and processes of the organisation and believes in delivering quality outcomes for the clients. She loves training new team members to ensure that everyone in the team is onboard with the high client satisfaction standards the organisation has set for itself.
She has varied experience in the area of finance, human resources, business consulting and her love for training and teaching even led to her working for some time as a trainer for ‘Diploma of Business’. She loves updating her knowledge on a regular basis and has attained various certifications in the area of psychometric testing, Emotional Intelligence, Technological Innovations, social media management,
She is a perfectionist and in her earlier roles has led diverse teams which has given her a strong understanding of managing the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders. She has a strong technical background coming from an Engineering degree in Computer Sciences and the post graduate management qualification has added to the understanding of overall business requirements.
When she is not working, she busy with the mum duties for her two boys which she enjoys the most. She loves music and dancing and spending time with her family.
Jyoti
Credit & Compliance Manager
Jyoti comes with diverse experience of 10 years across Credit Lending, Fraud Investigation, Business Finance and Account Management. She has experience of working across both, Tech & Finance start-ups as well as with large Organizations like St George Bank and GE Capital.
She works as a Case Owner, working closely with different brokers, loan processors and making sure that the once a case comes in, it gets processed in record time but no quality lapses.
She loves travelling and meeting new people.
Rupal Nayak
Loan Processing Officer
She has been working with Nfinity Financials as a Loan Processing Officer since February 2020. She holds a bachelor of engineering degree with specialization in electronics and communication. She has a prior experience of working as a lecturer of engineering in a state university for 4 years. She is a highly motivated person with strong analytical & data management skills and is efficient in customer relationship and coordination. She likes to travel, cook and meet new people.
